This is a good Discussion but I don't think many people think about it in depth. Most people think, ok my personality or my image is this so i'm republican or democrat or whatever.... Well i only have one thing to say about political parties... If you make up your mind about a certain subject before you even hear the question/issue, you're a fuckin' fool!!! If people would be more concerned with the Issues instead of what political party they are with we could more than likely solve many of our countries problems...

And I agree with Yeormom... Its the religious fools acting like a bunch of tools, that got bush elected... If bush had of been atheist, he'd of got less votes than a 500lb midget at a hawiian tropic swimsuit competition... and trust me that wouldn't be very many... Hell i bet bush doesn't even believe in god, he prolly just said it to get elected... I know i would of... Thats not a bad idea... hrmmmm

Oh, yes but you did forget about one of the key issues in both Perot's and Nader campaign that year. Infact iot was the key issue since both damned Bush and Clinton liked it and were for it. And Perot and Nader were vehemently aganist it...

Now didn't you say before that people should vote on issues...Well...how the hell do you vote for someone on an issue if your saying we can't listen to what they say? That makes no sense. I don't know how you can justify saying that... Well... I can tell you that Senate and House records are readily avaialble from the United States Federal government... Those a pretty much a clear record to vote on, as a matter of fact it's what I based my vote on this year.

And if you look for it, you don't have to listen to what the candidates say. You can look at their records. And if your not smart enough to do that, then you don't deserve a vote.
