I got Fallout 3 for PC last wednesday after it came out. This game has more than just awesome graphics. Anyone that has played Oblivion will see the similiarities, but the system is still based on the old Fallout series AP/Perks/Skills system. The story so far is very deep and thoughtout with all the side quests and free-roam capabilities. The VATS targetting system is very well done and the gore factor makes it even better. I targetted a guys arm with my hunting rifle up close and it literally tore it off. Heads will fly off it you get a critical hit up close. Shooting legs will slow the enemy down and arms will disable them from being able to use their weapons. The ragdoll effects are spot on so far. I definitely say that if you want a new game that plays close to an FPS with alot of RPG elements and the interesting VATS system I would say get this.
