Hi!

This week I noticed that my "old" pc seemed to reboot itself at random times. It worked fine for over a half year...
I looked in the logs and I saw "amli: acpi ..."
I thought my xp install was borked so I did a clean install but the problem remains... Does it mean that I can throw away Yet another Mobo???

It's probably a stick of RAM. If you have more than one in the machine, test them one at a time by only having one in the machine doing its regular thing and see if it will restart. If your BIOS has timing settings, adjusting those to suit your memory will also resolve some instability issues.
