Dell is moving all customer service back to the USA. Yeah, it's not April 1st either... Why? Their customer satsifacation has dropped so low because of poor customer service that their business model will collapse without the change back. |

Well at least they aren't dumb. They know they were cutting customer service for the cheapness of Indian labor, but at least they know when they can't do that any longer. Maybe if more companies would do this our economy might pick up with the extra jobs. |
