I dont know if you guys care, but "Dimebag" Darrell Abbot, from Pantera and currently Damageplan, died last night. He was gunned down in a nightclub during a show.

I, for one, am pretty sad, for Dimebag was one of, not only MY personal, the most influential guitarist of all time. He was up there with Jimi, Tony, Randy, etc. Like I said, I don't know if you guys care, but this affects me and the rock world greatly.

Yeah~ I'm not one to follow around the entertainment industry and live someone else's life but I'm sorry to hear about you loss man.

Yeah I heard about that on the news today after you told me about it. That sucks dude. It sucks when your favorite guitarist, or band, quits or breaks up, or even more tragic, in this case, gets killed. I know how it feels just like you do considering I'm a musician myself, but I didn't follow Pantera or Damangeplan too closely. Anyway, sorry dude.

I never really listened to his music that much, but I heard enough ehre and there to know that he will be missed greatly...

A tragedy indeed, I was not one to know of this man's life; but I will honor his death.

most of my friends are musicians...one of my best friends told me about this last night and i was shocked. weird that it happened on the same day as when john lennon was killed. makes you wonder.
